Jeff Mastin, Architecture Lic# C25681, CASp #88 Jeff Mastin, a Certified Accessible Specialist or CASp, is currently President and owner of Facility Access Consulting, Inc., an accessibility consulting firm providing expertise and consulting services related to disabled access obligations in the physical environment. He is an Architect registered in California (C 25681) and a Certified Access Specialist (CASp #88).

Jeff is considered a highly knowledgeable expert on federal and state accessibility regulation and interpretation. He provides nationwide accessibility consulting in matters involving a wide range of facility types, sizes, advising all manner of clients from individual property owners and developers to fortune 500 companies and municipalities.

Jeff is an expert witness qualified in the fields of Architecture, Construction and Disabled Accessibility, including Program Access, preparation and implementation of an A.D.A. Transition Plan, and the policies, procedures and practices regarding access barriers and barrier removal.

Jeff has twenty-three years’ experience in Architectural Design, twenty years leading teams, and three years as a Construction Engineer. Prior to forming Facility Access Consulting he served as a corporate Project Architect at Carter & Burgess (now acquired by Jacobs Engineering), a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, design, and planning firm, which was ranked 34th among the Top 500 U.S. Design Firms by Engineering News-Record. Jeff enjoys creating and problem solving of all kinds, enjoying friends and family, surfing and traveling.
